I’m watching this on my phone in the dark and every time he does those spot welds I damn near go blind 🤣 - worth it, these are some of my favorite videos on KZbin. Looking forward to the next one!

I'll keep this in mind in the future, I never considered that. Part 5 is mostly edited already so it won't be until part 6 that I make the changes, I'll see if I can lower the brightness when I make the tacks.

@@DoctorMotorcycle I didn’t mean for that to sound like a complaint. This happens with tons of other videos, not just yours. It’s the price the pay when you’re watching something in pitch black. No fault of your own. But thanks for the reply.

Good job figuring out the valve shim.

Nice update and comment on the valve adjustment and I agree with not all KZbin videos are correctly showing the process or the clearance’s . ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SERVICE MANUALS FOR YOUR MAKE AND MODEL. Cannot wait to hear that turbo whine, SWEET!

Do you have a wiring diagram that you can share. Electrics are not my strong point but the way you did this bike is very interesting. TIA.

How much oil. Flow and psi are you looking for entering the turbo and any idea of issues with exhaust back pressures?
@DoctorMotorcycle4 жыл бұрын
I have no idea. I'd imagine I could finagle a gauge to check pressure but the "instructions" were super vague on exactly how much oil flow it needed. It's coming out of the oil drain pretty quick at higher RPM's so (knock on wood) I'm not super worried about it. As far as exhaust backpressure, the turbo is the backpressure. It's my understanding that the ideal setup for max power on a turbo vehicle is a big exhaust. Notice on all of the fast turbo cars/trucks they usually have one giant pipe that's as short as possible and that's it. I'm throwing darts at the board here man if it doesn't work I'll figure out a way haha.

What do I have to do to get a video on how to wire my oz 305 or any bike using minimal wires. What are the two wires coming from cylinder? I’m lost.

How are u determining the size of ur valve shams when u boost it?

Is that a ground junction block you use? And also what are those connectors you use?
@DoctorMotorcycle4 жыл бұрын
Yes, the ground bars can be found at Lowe's, and the connectors are linked in the description.

What rear shock are you using? What did you do on the oil cap?
@DoctorMotorcycle4 жыл бұрын
Cheapo amazon shocks. I'll put a link in the description tonight. I drilled out the oil cap to accept a 90 degree NPT fitting for the oil return from the turbo.

@@DoctorMotorcycle you videos are awesome man. Keep it coming! Maybe you could also make a video explaining your rewiring.
@DoctorMotorcycle4 жыл бұрын
@@kikobaliko3051 Thanks. I'll eventually have a full series on how to do pretty much everything covered in these videos, but in the mean time I'm going to keep focusing on just building and cranking out videos. The link for the shocks is now in the description.

There's no ecu, it's carb'd. The ignition is a Dyna S kit
