Hi Tim great property I noticed down at the beach section there was a very nasty weed growing everywhere called "Cats claw creeper " they have yellow flowers and can quickly take over maybe see if you can get a landcare group to help out to clear it . Kudos on the property

Enjoyed the video. Thanks for the laugh about the heated coffee mug. Now there’s a first world “problem.” Your creek banks are not “damaged,” mate. That’s how streams work. They erode and deposit that channel material constantly, changing the morphology, providing habitat, and dropping “large woody debris” that over time provides shade, shelter and eventually humus. All natural. Resist applying your OCD to the bush. Sure, clear a path so it is safe to walk through your woods and adds to your enjoyment. But leave the cut logs there, especially if the termites have already been in the wood. Use deadfall for firewood if you can. The dead standing trees are also habitat. Only take them down if they become unstable and unsafe. Use your cisterns for irrigation because if you draw down the creek flow too much you may be infringing on your downstream neighbours’ riparian and water rights, not to mention degrading the instream habitat for aquatic critters.

Hey, hey, finally get to take a walk to the beach! No, it’s not huge, but it’s a really cool spot to relax and watch wild life. Loved the kookaburras❤️❤️ I think the dye inclusion is a great help when trying to spray straight lines, and that tow behind did a really good job! Excellent video, and I like Nicole’s idea of a sammich, that looked heavenly! 🥪

G'day Timmo, it's better to spray a couple of days before you mow because the spray is absorbed through the leaves on the weeds and now there are no leaves and will be less effective. Cheers mate 😁🇭🇲

Sorry mate, off topic but could you do a video listing your best ro worst electric lawnmowers with cost included in the overall results? For instance I'm sure a $2k electric mower would be better then a $400 but is it $1.6k better for someone looking to do a basic mowing of one's lawn

I use a hot pad (hot hands) and sit my coffee on top of it. Helps keep it warm a bit longer. I also poor boiling water on my cup before I put coffee in it that helps keep it warm also... but I also want that cup because my tricks only help so much.
