just got my screen so decided to come take a look at how to install the software on it to actually make it work and you dont seem to cover that part at all and guess their download site is diff then what is in the instructions now as well :(

I have a strange issue with exactly this model. When it connected and software working - I can't connect flash drives to front panel USB 3.0. MB back USB ports works fine, USB 2.0 front panel ports works fine. When software stopped - flash drives in USB starts working. WTF? Will look for firmware updated or other version (older) for turzx software.

Indeed, it’s a very curious problem. Personally, I have not encountered this problem with my screen and everything still works correctly. Maybe you can ask the brand directly to see if they have another firmware

Buenos dias, Gracias por suscribirte :) - Para el 2do cable que no conecté es el cable de conexión interno (en el caso de que la pantalla se conecte directamente dentro de la torre del PC. hay 2 posibilidades de conexión, ya sea en USB clásico para poner la pantalla en el escritorio por ejemplo/o con el 2do cable para los que ponen la PC en la torre) - La tarjeta de memoria sirve para recordar todos los parámetros que tenemos configurados para la pantalla (me parece) - para conectar la pantalla al PC, es un USB clásico (el cable es USB C en el lado de la pantalla y USB Clásico en el lado del PC) Que tenga un buen día Tof..

Does this product have onboard memory like once u install the software and put its imageamd video, you dont have to run the app again?like u only use the app it u want to make change. U disconnect ur usb and reconnect will it work w/o re apping it? Good morning Yes, there is a Micro SD card included with it which includes the settings we make. On the other hand, the screen still needs an application on the PC in order to retrieve real-time data coming from the machine

My only complaint is that u need the software to keep it running and that it does not have onboard memory.i have the 3.5 inch one , i do not know if the others have onboard memory and if uneed to keep the software running to keep it runing, like software is only to change design thing.

@@TofangerUnboxing i do wish there was a device that has some memory that connects without having to run the app like how my corsair mouse saves button without needing to run the app. Thats onboard memory.i dont like having to reapp it to make it work and its not even consistent it will freeze and i need to restart the app to make it work again. Overall device price unjustified it needs a improvement

Доброе утро MicroSD используется для загрузки экрана (ОС) и сохранения параметров, которые мы выбираем, на мой взгляд.
