Unless they changed something from when they made the change back in game 2, @ 3:34:30 , when units shoot out of trees, for the first 2 seconds, they ignore tree cover, so you can fire out of the woods without hitting trees.

Drazoath is great if you invest in him. Put him on Cinderbreath and give him his items, he'll be an absolute terror. Ive had a couple games with him getting 3k and even 4k value. Basically you use ash storm to slow and imbue fire weakness combined with his item that gives his melee attack and damage a huge buff Now what you have is a combo that literally NUKES SEs and flames of azgorh for blobs, a breath attack for even more utility... I love that angry little exiled chowi he's my fave chowi lord

If you think the BullShaft is funny you really need to look at Mierce Miniatures. Really great minis, some of the best in the business, but I will never remember getting a unit of their minotaurs and turning them over and finding that they hade exquisitely sculpted cowman balls underneath their chainmail loincloths

Not erect or anything, that would be silly, but its all there. I can only applaud their obsession with proper anatomy. At least my Kholek Suneater proxy, like most reptilians, keeps his genitals internal

Kinda depends on playstyle and what you find more natural but IMO easiest factions for newer players would probably be Khorne, Dwarfs, Greenskins, debatably Vampire Counts? Hardest ones / most micro intensive / easiest to mess up are Vampire Coast, Slaanesh, and Dark Elves. Empire used to be one of the harder factions too but latest patches have shored up some of their biggest painpoints.

@zachhowe98 I would recommend Khorne. They have few ranged units and no spell casting (winds of magic), so you can learn the basics of melee combat and unit positioning. They also have decent speed, so you don't get too punished easily in the capture point aspect of Domination matches

As a solely campaign player this year, don't add bullshit units into the game like the Thunderbarge. Overpowered units breaking all balance is not fun in campaign just like in the multiplayer.

As someone who plays BOTH. "fun units" means different things to different people. for me its fun to use mostly infantry and defensive tactics in campaign. I hate using OP buff stacking lord crap because that isnt FUN to me. Some campaign players have this weird attitude that OP crap is fun. Ie thunderbarge. Or that buff stacking is somehow nore fulfilling than tactical prowess. In multiplayer I like to use skirmish and mobility to win the day. This "I liKe FuN UnItS." statement is just silly and subjective "I like what I like." thanks for adding nothing clarifying in your statement.

I really hate how expensive Hobgoblins are. Like, I get that the Chowi are supposed to be very elite but the chaff should absolutely not be as expensive as it is. 500 gold for a shitty archer is the same cost as Glade Guard and they're nowhere near comparable. You're paying premium for units that collapse like a house of cards when anything even slightly brushes into them.

I don't think combat matters that much in campaign tbh. Factions are OP in campaign because of their mechanics or their spawn locations, not because they can use XYZ units

Heavily disagree. While mechanics can trivialise some factions, there are a number of doomstacks that are just game breaking once you start to build them up.

Yes but most doomstacks are still good when they cost 100 gold more or have 2 less MA. And furthermore it's not like MP only wants nerfs. A lot of the cool changes to units are also, at the very least partially, a result of the MP community asking for them.

@@olafthemoose9413totally. the reason that MP cries for nerfs is because certain units get brought EVERY SINGLE TIME. most of those units aren't even that useful in campaign (centigors of tzeentch) but as an example WHERE are my skullcrusher buffs? that unit never gets used because it sucksnfor its cost
