Hi Anthony, My regular videos give the full method and talk through the ingredients in the videos as I am making the dish. These recipes are all free to everyone. These Christmas videos are for anyone who has purchased my Christmas Cook Book and want to watch a visual representation of me making the recipe. In the book there are QR codes that link. I do not give the full details in the video as it would not be fair on anyone buying the book.
