Another great cook Harry. The rub clumps up on me here in Maryland and I put it into a small herb processor, problem solved. A BBQ amateur tip, when my rubs get to the bottom portion of the container I put them into the herb processor and mix them together for a cook. Always interesting and flavorful. Which reminds me I need to purchase another container of your chicken rub.

Hey Coach, if it's one thing that stood out to me about the Houston video. . . other than your buddy paying extra for a no wait table and some good looking turkey was the amount of adult beverages he must have had right before filming. His level of motivation was fun to see! Excellent idea with the braising on today's video. Thanks for another great tip.

We weren't drinking at all soooooo, that's not relevant. I was honestly nervous about being in the video. We didn't pay extra for the table, we made a reservation which requires a $100 deposit in advance. I'm glad that my nervous inhibitions were amusing to you. Harry can attest to the fact that no drinking took place. In fact I don't believe that he drinks at all. I've never seen him indulge in any libations.
