Turkish Bread Bazlama! This is the most delicious bread I have ever eaten! Bubbly and chewy Turkish flatbread. And without an oven! Flatbread is so easy to make that anyone can make it in their kitchen. I have been baking flatbread at home for 20 years. I still keep doing it. Kids and guests love this bread. Whether you are making toast or a sandwich. Eat it for breakfast or as a snack. Believe me, it tastes delicious with tacos, pizza, roasted chicken or baked meat. It is eaten at any meal and at any time. Maybe that is why flatbread has driven the whole world crazy.
--385 ml / 13 oz / 2 cups // Warm milk.
--1 teaspoon // Sugar.
--10g // dry yeast.
-- 15 ml / 0.5 oz // olive oil.
Stir until the sugar dissolves.
-- 530g/ 17.9oz // bread flour.
--8g // salt.
--Mix all the ingredients.
--The dough should have a soft consistency that does not stick to our hands.
