I love Turkish food. The subtle spice flavors and herbs enhance the natural flavors of the food. This looks uber delish. Thank you!

Hmmm, looks great and I just happened to have a Celeriac root on hand. With 30+ cm of snow on the way, a nice bowl of your soup will be perfect for this cold winter day! 🙂 Thanks!

Hopefully things start to smooth out over there. Heard you guys are going through some unfortunate times. Great looking recipe! Love the way you make these videos. No fluff and no loud tiktok cut scenes.

Looks amazing, will try it. Have you got any recipes for Ramadan?
@HungryManKitchen Жыл бұрын
There are many recipes in the channel which are often made by Turkish people during Ramadan, such as Hunkar Begendi, Ramadan Pide etc.. This week I will publish a new and interesting kebab video, which is also superb for Iftar tables.

The most delicious soup out of all. O.K. Maybe on par with clear chicken soup with some lemon juice.

Very good recipe, thank you. I have found that if you mix a little cornflour with the yoghurt before heating, you don’t need to worry about it curdling. Yes, celeriac is a variety of celery, it’s common in the UK. I imagine you could use normal celery, ie with the long sticks.

Thank you! It's actually the root part of the celery plant :)

What can I replace celeriac with?
@HungryManKitchenАй бұрын
It is a celeriac soup, but you can try other vegs like asparagus, jerusalem artichokes.

@HungryManKitchen Жыл бұрын
@@fatimacassim508 yes, but the taste will not be same of course. I think you can find celeriac in South Africa in big stores like Woolworths.
