Hey friends, just a quick note into the health benefits of the aush - it's packed with anti-inflammatory ingredients like beans, lentils, garlic, onions, spices such as turmeric, and a generous helping of a variety of greens. To make the recipe in the traditional way, I used a fair amount of oil, but remember, you can reduce the amount as some oils might contribute to inflammation. If you want to learn more about foods that fight inflammation, watch our video on it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHbIhqt7admrqZosi=X9oYPd6PrQiXrUYO 🫶

Legumes contain phytates, which are not inflammatory. Grains are inflammatory, including noodles, made with wheat flour. PUFA oils like soy, corn and canola are inflammatory.
