Turkish Hammered Beef | Beef with Kashkaval Cheese | Spork & Knife

An easy and quick recipe to enjoy Beef in a different way. Mildly spiced beef with warm and melted Kashkaval cheese on top, takes this dish to a whole new level. You can eat it with Turkish flatbread or Yufka Bread (Recipes for these breads are in the description below)
Ingredients:
- 700 grams beef
- 1 tbsp mix peppercorn (Red, Black, Green)
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
- 1/8 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 chili
- 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
- Kashkaval Cheese
