Turmeric, Pineapple and Ginger Juice Recipe | Immune Boosting Juice | Megshaw's Kitchen

Today I'm making Turmeric, Pineapple and Ginger Juice. This seriously refreshing drink recipe made with a combination of turmeric, ginger and pineapple is an immune boosting drink which also contains natural vitamins that's heathy for the body. I'm sure you will enjoy the health benefits of turmeric and ginger in this refreshing juice.

Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple - including the skin
1 large ginger
2 turmeric
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Step1: For this amazing drink, I pealed a whole pineapple and steamed the pineapple skin in a pot along with ginger and turmeric, ensuring to add enough water to cover the whole pot. I steamed them for 30 minutes then allowed it to cool down completely before straining.
Step 2: Blend and juice the main pineapple and be sure to strain it with a fine net.
Combine both steps 1 & 2 together and add 1 tbsp honey (if you prefer) add the juice to a pitcher and refrigerate for a few hours before drinking. This juice is so refreshing and contains natural vitamins which helps to boost your immune system.

Pineapple not only is refreshing but packed with bromelain ,mainly in the peal, good for reducing pain and swellig specially of the nose and sinus,gums. Among other benefits helps with osteoarthritis cancer,degestive problems,and muscle soreness. Brazil 's very big on study ,use and promote the benefits of pieapple bromelain.
