As soon as i clear my cache from screensaver then exit, the memory jumps back from 0 to 1.67KB , even restarted fire stick and same.

Yes, deactivate them all. It's all how you set up the stick when you first get it. Super important to change these settings or you will run out of space. We have videos to help you.

As long as you know the difference between KB cache that's required to open some apps and MB cache which is what you should worry about. Some people think it's just "coming back" and somethings wrong. Kb is like a grain of sand in the desert. Doesn't make a difference.

Can you tell me why amazon are puting so many long updates on my 4k firestick apart from to eat into my data capacity which from being 2.5 has dwindled severely to almost 1.1 ? Cos it isn`t half making watching movies etc difficult and has forced me to uninstall some apps .
