The present FM is always favouring greedy corporates. She is taking maximum taxes from the middle class and giving maximum rebates to corporates in the name of creating employment. Indian Banks are running mostly because of the deposits from middle class , the FM seldom gave anything in none of her budgets .

The lady ca of ey at pune is not total corporate pressure of work.the 26y old girl was only 4month in job and yet to accostomed to job partially.her boss could look after the joinee slightly soft and ask to take foods,sleep regularly and ventilate any problem without hesitation.

Many died due to extreme work pressure. Policemen who never get leave, Bank managers handling loan recovery, Loco drivers who don't rest break for toilet but keep on driving train, Military jawans on borders etc. But they were not member of Minority community. Best way to sort this out is to pay female minority employees to report at office but allot NO WORK. If cricketers were paid salary but no work, Waqf employees salary paid by Govt but Govt can't allot any work to Waqf board employee, pension for ulema etc. ONE more minority benefit in secular country won't kill us.

It's time today's employees know their full rights under the established Indian labour law and know how to speak up for themselves. There should be a government body to handle all grievances of employees when employers exploit or are unreasonable with their employees and they cannot get recourse from their HR. The Finance Minister showed she is totally cut off from the reality of young educated Indians today in the work force.

Absolutely nothing cruel or insensitive about her suggestion.. As parents we must understand not to push children to constantly push the envelope.... While working hours mount ..one is also very aware of the extreme corporate competition amongst youngsters to outperform their previous records and against their contemporaries.... Our education stds are also not in keeping with the job market readiness ...this leads to excessive pressure on the employees at the lower n entry levels. Time management, practicing a sane work life balance, and keeping faith in oneself and more importantly in God is a great source of inner strength ...n keeps us focused on personal discipline for overall Wellness. U can talk for the sake of talking, i think she was just giving tips on how we can do stress management at individual levels. Even our scriptures and gurus preach the benefits of spirituality and devotion in our day to day life. Do not undermine this aspect of spirituality.
