Good stuff, Jo. I really enjoy your content. I became my own hairdresser today. I have layered hair. I cut the top layers and the fringe and did a bit at the sides. Can't do the back. Well on the way to a mullet. Matilda's loving the sunshine.

That’s a great idea Jo having a spa day. Now we are in a kind off lockdown I think I’ll try this myself..I bought myself some rose gold crazy color hair dye mixed a wee bit of conditioner through it and put it on my hair left it an hour washed it off and now I have a hint of pastel pink through my blonde hair I love it. It certainly brightened up my day. Keep well and keep safe

Oh no, Joan is right about the bags. Even less glam, in the 90’s I used to do home body wraps on myself and my mother. We would apply aloe vera gel to our thighs and then wrap cling film around them before putting on a pair of tracksuit bottoms. Then we would go around the house like that for hours to get rid of water weight (or so we thought) 🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm also 65, wish I was that flexible! I like putting on a deep conditioner on my hair for about 20 minutes, then shampoo. It works well!
