I cant remember if you did a review on a little device that actually "amplifies" your headphones. An idea, try this device with that amplifier to headphones, just curious to if it would work.

Yes, double checked that too. I really think it needs an amp before the XROUND but I just don't have one to test it on.

I’m pretty sure ur supposed to actually connect studio headphones to the amp like the audiotechnica headphones and then use the cord they provided and put it 3.5 in your headphone and then your phone but not really sure

With speakers, they had significant effect, but noticeable more with music, rather than with video. I was using open back headphones while watching this video. With headphones, didn't find them remotely impressive. They kinda reduced the overall impact, I felt. Subjective again, cause I'm using on-ear open back headphones. Great video again, bro! And that tongue-twister... Hope someone mixes that sample. 😁 Have a great weekend! It's already Saturday evening in India.

@@UnboxJunkie try giving Fiio's A1 a go. I've been using the older E5 from them for 5 years now to drive headphones that need a little more oomph. They haven't let me down. Plus, they are rather economical. :)

Yo Matt, i used a Bluedio UFO II and i gotta say the part when you're using Razer on 3:26 , the "8D amplifier" or so called completely depletes the quality mate... i think this is just another case of Gimmick, don't you think? :/

Sound definitely was leveled up with the speakers and muffled with the head/earphones. I expected better with wearing Beats myself. With the speakers though it seems like the volume and bass just gets a boost. I'm wondering would it be better with the 5.1 logitech surround sound speakers... not sure if I'd pay that $100+

To be honest, I use software on both my Windows and Mac computers that does a much better job of simulating surround. It's called BOOM 3D. Very well done and pretty darn cheap compared to this hardware solution.

I have tried it and uninstalled it in 5 minutes. The only thing I remember about it is that it worked With DTS. I did not get any fantastic surround or any outstanding effects on both my speakers or headphones. I am happy it did not break anything.
