My Favorite Waterproof Speaker Just Got Smaller!

Despite many reviewers dissing the base on the Tribit XSound Go, I bought one anyway on Amazon Australia for $45 shipped (bargain). After unboxing, pairing (super straight forward) and going to Spotify for my favourite tracks, I was taken away by the clarity of the soundstage, right up to max volume with absolutely no distortion. The bass response is simply not inadequate at all, balanced beautifully with the mids and highs. For a budget BT speaker, the build and sound quality are first class...seriously. Super impressed with Tribit XSound Go 👍🙂

Xsound plus is now obsolete, they have xsound surf (12w). The xsound go is now (16w) type C charging port and cord.

After 3 years the tribit bluetooth speaker updated, upgraded their charging port, cord to type C, i have bought the updated stormbox and xsound go, i just received it, the xsound go don't have the xbass option? Only the maxsound and the stormbox ( in small, portable bluetooth speaker).

Tribit Speakers are very good. I gave one to my granddaughter 4 mths ago, still going strong. (She's 8) I might have to check these out again. Thanks Matt, love your Bloopers too.

I recently bougth one of these, excelent looking, sound and price, but the battery life doesn´t match the specifications, at medium volume it last for a mere six hours

I've had the xsound for a year, great speaker.. only issue is that it sometimes cuts off and on during quiet parts of music when played at low volume

Hello Matt, would you recommend 2 xsound go's or one maxsoundplus? Bcos where I'm from they amount to about the same price. I think 2 xsound go's are more flexible, you can opt tp carry around a smaller 12w speaker and bring 2x12w for 24w total output if needed. but is there anything I'm missing from maxsoundplus that i can't get with two xsound gos?any input from fellow readers will be much appreciated too ☺️

Clean and crisp but lack enough bass for my taste. Spend the extra coin and get it’s bigger Bother, the MaxSound Plus. Max has all the attributes of the Xsound but with richer bass and louder.

Xsound Go isn't new, it's been available for a long time now. It's a dope portable speaker.... Clear and crisp sound, sound is balanced as well. Bettery life is dope also. You'd love it. I have 2 of these... I just wished they offered stereo sound by allowing one connect 2 Tribit XSoundGo's. The microphone isn't that great for phone calls I must say, but if you were to use it for a normal recording during a chat, it's very ok. That's my only issue with it.
