Turned My Guitar Into a SAXOPHONE

I just got the Jamstik Foot Controller for my Jamstik Midi guitar! So much easier now. I can customize the knobs to anything I want so I can switch tones, parameters, fx, and knobs without using my hands. In this video I mapped out the last button to trigger the modulation wheel of of a keyboard, which affects the "GROWL" sound in my saxophone patch. Instead of letting go of the guitar and switching by hand, I can just tap the button. Really cool because you can fully customize how the button reacts - like does it stay held once I press it, or is it just a one off trigger - and a ton of other customizations. really cool. I'm pretty sure you got mixed up with growling and tone. Unlike distortion on guitar, saxophone growling isn't something that's always there, it's just occasionally used to emphasize a note a short lick; no sax player would actually growl throughout an entire song or solo. What you're thinking of is just a loud, "bright" tone. (The clean sax sounds are awesome though 🔥)

You can tell it's a guitar because of the way it's played. The sound is good for what it is but sax has a different feel when played and the way a guitarist plays is not the same obviously so you can tell. I prefer an actual sax, I am a saxaphone player and I prefer it's playability compared to guitar. I mean the way the instrument is played, guitar should stick to guitar sounds because it doesn't translate all that well
