I'm turning 20 in an hour, reflecting back on the almost 1.5 years I spent at my parents house attending online uni, my life feels the least eventful and the most busy both at the same time.I don't know when I'll go back to college or if I'll ever be able to attend actual classes. Looking at how others would feel when they turn 20 makes me feel less alone. Great Video btw, it gave me a lot of perspective. "Forgetting is the problem" that surely hits hard.

I didn’t even care when I turned 18 but I’m turning 20 in about 30 minutes and I’m dreading it. What made me feel good about being 18 and 19 is being in the same age group as 10 year olds. It made me feel young. But now im in the same group as adults only. It’s actually such a scary, sudden shift.

I'm turning 20 in a week! damn I didn't even realize it for a sec. Life flies by when you're not enjoying moments of it. I feel like I only passing through times, no memory of anything. That's why it's such a scary realization that I just- forget. I forgotten things that happened to me, nothing is meaningful and I spend days and days being mindless and not being myself. I don't want to be like that but even now it's something that seems out of my reach. It's scary, 20 is questionable. But I do know that making your own money feels freeing in a temporary moment.

I just turned 20, 3 hours ago. It's honestly unbelievable that the first video for the search "just turned 20" reflect 100% on my biggest fear in life. The one fear I never see other people having a problem with. That is, not finding your true passion. I had a really hard time in my private life in the last 4 months, things fell apart too deeply and quicky. I feel like I'm slowly but steadily recovering, and I think it is safe to say that this video is one of the most important ones on this platform. Same for me. I‘m also still living at home. I‘m 22. But all my friends still live at home and they are 22-23. That makes it a bit better for me. Also my parents lived at home until 25 and 27. So at least there is not that much pressure for me.

Same bro i’m almost 22 and still no degree because i had problems in life (which caused anxiety etc) and starting uni now not knowing what i love. Really relating to the fact that it gets scary very quickly, you wake up and everything around you is not exploring anymore and you don’t have time anymore because adult life is calling you... this video gives hope.

Hey man, I'm a French guy who's also 20 and I got to your videos by recommandations because I'm searching through KZbin for people making vlogs about Japan (because I also want to do this, oneday), before saying anything nerdy about the quality of your vlogs or anything, I just want to say that you're really impressing ! Deciding to film so much in your life, to film your thoughts and experiences is really a huge step to take and I've found it relaxing (if I can even compare what I've done haha). I hope you'll continue doing it because it's really enjoying to see someone as dedicated as you to do this, and I think (if you continue doing vlogs and videos) that you'll also benefit so much from this ! It's always so nice to go back on memories and souvenirs and your vlogs will always be here for you to remember, to not forget (you got it, right ? Le Petit prince ?). Anyway, just to share thoughts about growing up and starting "adulthood" (hate this concept anyway but hey) : It's really tough to find your way, what you want to do in life and to contemplate what you've been doing until now and what you wanted to do until now, but we all get through this even if we seem to find what we love doing and stuff, there's always something that we want to develop or do other that we're doing right now. As for me, the next big step in my life is going to Japan 1 year to study (if the virus allows me to go as soon as September haha) and even if it has been challenging planning and "expecting", I'm really hyped to do this and I want to capture these moments just as you did for yours ! So I was wondering, what kind of camera do you use ? Same for Mic ? I'm just so shitty at tech stuff and your quality is just awesome haha and I'll try to replicate it even if it's tough I guess. And to conclude this message which is probably too long and weird for a comment section anyway, If you end up wanting to go to France someday I'll be more than happy to help if I can or to meet up with you, you seem to really want to travel so why not one day France? Who knows haha, kudos to you for the vlogs, I'll sure keep watching them

I guess we have to make the best out of it, but sometimes I just miss my school time. It’s crazy how we don’t appreciate school when we have to visit it, but parents are right when they say ‚enjoy your school time'. haha thank you!! Regrettably, I didn't use that much Japanese. So yeah, honestly, you don't have to know that much, especially if you're going to be in a big city like Tokyo or Kyoto. If you know basic greetings you should be fine. I literally only used "good morning" to the guy working at 7/11 every morning and that was about it LOL. But yeah, I hope you get to study in Japan in the future!!!
