I feel like I really needed this 🤍 I turn 25 this Sunday and I’m dreading it just because I feel like I’m not where I thought I would be at 25 but this made me feel so much better !!

I kinda had that feeling when I turned 25 but soooo much can changed by 30 and trust me the 30s were truly the best. I just turned 40 and looking back the past 10-15 years were sooo transformative and amazing. Just stay positive and life will treat you well ❤

Wait - I want you to be relatable but then I’ve just had a baby too and I can’t imagine just leaving him this early overnight and a plane ride away… I would just feel huge guilt and anxiety 😵‍💫…and I don’t mean that towards you negatively but as a mum….how do you navigate this? 😅

You just realize that you’re not the only one (hopefully) person your baby is safe with 🤷🏼‍♀️ No need for guilt or anxiety

@@essiebejb yes of course. But I personally went through extreme PPD and PPA. So I completely understand. You have to remember that every woman's experience is different.😊

remember you’re still a person too not just a mom and you deserve to do things without your kids too!! it helps a lot if you have a very involved spouse and family too that makes you feel reassured and confident in leaving your child.
