The turbo flutter is compressor surge. Although it sounds awesome Its not good for the turbo. All the boost pressure has no place to go when you take your foot off the gas. all the left over air slams against the throttle plate and rushes back to the turbo and actually causes the turbine to spin backwards. You need a blow of valve.

If memory serves me, the 2.0 liter, 16 valve, turbo engine you pulled from the Chevy Cobalt to use in your DF Goblin kit car was rated at 270HP from Chevrolet. As I recall, there was a factory available and approved reflash of the ECM which boosted the output to around 354HP, primarily through increased turbo boost pressure. I think the factory boost pressure ran around 18 to 20 psi and with the reflash ran around mid to upper 20's, which is where the extra HP comes from. You might want to check with your local Chevrolet dealer on its availability for your kit car. It would make rippin' a lot more fun!

I have several suggestions. On the DF kit car, get a trunk lid built to cover the motor and LED headlights. I think the side panels should be painted black to match the wheels and the side pieces of the wing. Hood will look great in carbon. Get a black mesh grill for the (trans-cooler, I think) opening on the front of the DF Goblin. Get wheel cover panels for the top of the rear wheels (kinda like a motor cycle wheel well cover thing) I believe DF Goblin makes them. But get the top wheel covers for the real wheels only to keep dirt and stuff from flying up on the wing, leave the front wheels exposed. Onto the GTR... get an armytrix full exhaust for it, or Corsa Performance, either one. Get the headlights built. Take them apart and get the chrome parts paint-matched to the car (painted black) and paint the orange side markers within the headlights black. (I believe there are several companies that you can send out headlights to and they will build them for you, maybe with a warranty). Also I would love to see more mustang content!!

Not nearly as good as doing North-Am cars or Japanese .The Squad got great support from their local Chevy dealer on the GM projects they have done.

The base of the rear shock absorber is very small. Only 3 screws support the weight of the entire car and the rear is the heaviest. I think you should reinforce that system before the problems begin. the black base produces a torque that pulls the two internal screws out and can split them. You have done a great job. A good way to get a decent alignment off of your tires is to clamp a 2x4 to the outside of the tire, and visually point that just inboard of the front wheels. Then do the same for the fronts, but slightly outboard of the rears. This isn't perfect by any means, but it will remove the sketch until you can get it properly aligned at an alignment shop.
