I actually wasn't the first one to do a Victoria 3 A-Z series, that would be HeyCara however she didn’t play the counties alphabetically, but randomized (and she also did only like 2 videos). The first person who did it alphabetically was Kinemod but he stopped somewhere near the end of the letter A and only then I came around but I guess everyone knows me as the Vic 3 A-Z guy lol

So, not sure about whether this is was happening in the video, but Agrarianism doesn't prevent you from using your investment, it limits you to stuff like plantations and log mills, you can still use it.

Aceh had been so Rich country before the Indonesian occupation. We used to have Freeport, railway, open airport to the world. Now nothing alot of generations don't get a good jobs they deserve. Very sad and complicated problems

I feel like playing every single starting nation is a bit too much and many playthroughs would become redundant/ repetitive, especially if there are a bunch of small nations in the same area, like in Africa or Indonesia. It might be best to just do 2-3 different nations in those regions, and just ignore all the others.
