In this video I show you how to beat the USA as Mexico in Victoria 3. I'll be honest, no idea if this still works because the 1.7.2 patch changed a lot of AI stuff, but it "probably" still works. If nothing else it's still your best chance to win.

@@kalixkatt I would but the KZbin algorithm won't allow it. If you keep going after a big goal is achieved the viewership drops off and the algorithm views it as a worse video because of it.

It's something that the core audience of Vic 3 cares about but it drives away casual viewers. I have to strike a balance in order to get good views on videos. A lot of what I do economy wise gets cut out of the videos.
