I know I’m 3 months behind lol but I own a small tree service in Oklahoma and I am wanting to branch out into lawn care. I have a mower, 2 weed eaters, edger and a backpack blower and about 250 flyers to handout. Is it too late into the mowing season for me to start?

It’s definitely not too late. You can definitely still pick up new customers.

Depends on your timing, services offered and demand. We find to have a conversion typically between 1-3%

@@TheWillKelly so basically the same as any sales conversion? "Only 1-3% are buying right now," is what my sales training taught me. I have gleaned your advice for timing and will act accordingly. Thank you for the great content.
