😮 the lack of comments here makes me nervous lol. However I have a few suggestions! Two specifically!! I notice the collar on pinkie pie and rainbow dash look like the elements of harmony! While I love the look of twilight’s crown it is obscured by her horn, I feel like it would do her better if it was a choker. As for the second suggestion, did you know there’s such thing as a clown college???? (you don’t have to go to college to be a clown but it sparked and idea) I have three paths I can imagine pinkie pie taking, being a party planner, a party princess (she would dress up as fictional princesses like cinderella or belle) or a clown!!!

I agree that Twilights horn gets in the way of her horn. I mostly did the crown because that's what's in the show. Maybe I could have made her horn smaller? Also, I really love the idea of Pinkie as a clown. Thanks for the feedback :D

@@octodrawn Maybe try a circlet crown that helps frame the horn/makes the horn a part of the crown itself? You can actually google/locate a pin of such a costume piece which may help for reference.

Rlly loved this! Pinkies hair is such a refreshing take, and reminds me of sailor moon wich works with her "classical" theme As for the sugestions you asked at the end: kinda basic but fluttershy could be a nymph type fairy to fit w her nature theme and rainbows greek theme; AJ civilian form could be inspired by her pre cutiemark era, when she moved to the big city and tried to fit in, as I think it would be a bigger contrast with her magical form... and the only thing I can think of for rarity is beddazlement :p Have fun and feel free to take or ignore these as you wish!

When you mentioned Pretty Cure and MLPFiM, I'm reminded how I watched the OG Pretty Cure where they only wore black and white, and I thought that was unique at the time, since most magic girl shows always had a pink or red-themed protag lol. I was also way outside MLPFiM's target audience when it came out, though I did try to watch it lol. Cute designs btw! I like how their civilian hairstyles are more natural, but their magical girl hairstyles are more flashy.

I am looking do start a KZbin channel and do redesigns and stuff like you’re doing here but am afraid of being stricken for copyright by drawing trademarked characters. So, I was curious, how did you get the rights to draw the MLP characters? Did you have to ask the creator? Am I overthinking it and it’s ok to draw them without permission? Thanks!

Since I'm not a lawyer, take all my advice with a grain of salt. From what I know, fanart is in a kind of a legal gray area. My videos aren't monetized and I don't intend to sell these designs as prints or anything. Also, My Little Pony has such a large fandom that people have been making and selling art of the characters for years (think of artist alleys in conventions). I don't have any permission from the creator but from what I know since I'm not making any money from the video It's okay. I would recommend looking into copyright law and the legality of fanart for yourself.
