Did you also order the hub kit for the test prop? I think you should have tested it on the boat, because those imperfections are not going to hurt and or structural to the prop performance. No different than the Crocked Pilot house which you kept. Also I’ve used them and many other props over my 30 plus years of boats. Never had any issues with any props. Currently running an OFS-3 by PowerTech and it is perfect for my Yamaha. Safe boating.

Honestly, that looks like a great propeller, and Turning Point has a great reputation. Were you buying that to display in a museum or use as a propeller on your boat? I would have at least tried the propeller before sending it back. There is little reason to think that the "dent" that was hardly even visible in your video would cause any issue ever. Further that hub imperfection is just not an issue. You are suggesting that the company "scrap" a perfectly good propeller. If they do that sort of thing, then they will have to raise their prices.
@OutOnTheReef2 ай бұрын
@johnkosowski3321 I had purchased lots of propellers in my life and never ame across quality like this cap. Don't lower your quality standards please because that makes companies like this not to improve and could not use it because tha seller will not take a use return on a damaged build prop
