That's a sweet Lil rig Phil! I honestly prefer running my small still over my 30 gallon. It only takes a few hours, it's easy to clean up, it's a 5 gallon bucket of mash I can sit pretty much anywhere, and it's cheap to operate. With a 1.050 gravity mash, I get the heads (150ish ml) a quart of 115 to 120ish proof and around a pint or Lil less of tails. I don't run anything in my thumper tho, as you said that makes my likker mean as hell. I cut the inlet arm of the thumper off and made mine into a slobber box. That eliminated the fire, mean bite. I've tried everything you can think of in a thumper and never once got even close to the results I wanted. Shine On Phil!!

I’ve been researching a peanut butter moonshine and could find nothing but infusing my shine with peanuts and peanut butter. I have an apple mash almost ready to run and I’m going to try a small batch with peanut butter in the thumper. This video gave me hopes for success

I made a clear Elvis Presley by infusing powdered peanut butter and banana. There's less fat and oils to worry about with the powder, but I imagine it's a bit more complex if a flavor of you actually use real peanut butter for the infusion.
