I had a best friend who was homeless I’m only 14 so he was older than me but he helped me through everything. He got spray painted red and got found dead 3 days later in a cemetery after he killed himself and I helped half change his life I was about to get him a job but he left too soon. I now am suffering with worse depression and that’s what homeless people go through everyday. I’m so doing this project too in a year

This was fantastic! Look at that guy's face. That is pure happiness. Pure happiness. And for what? Because he's been given even less than the bare necessities that most of us never even consider. Yet I never see happiness like that on anyone's face. Just as I thought I'd gotten to the point of the video, he goes and unveils more... shipping containers, a bus, success stories, sobriety and even a fundraising party! I actually think the general public are passionate about homelessness but it seems too complicated to help. We hear "Oh some people choose the lifestyle", "We can't help them because they're addicts" etc. But this video really proves that it isn't true! Give them an initial helping hand and they move forward in life on their own accord. Give them an initial helping hand and their addiction problems also fall away. Bloody awesome.

It is great. Im from Nyc and see a lot of displaced young adults. I would like to do something like this someday soon. A large apartment building with micro apts to help people save and stay on their feet.Free stay for 2 years. In which We will try to save 95% of your income by also helping with transportation to and from work, Cellphones, Meal plans. etc. and in-between that time help build or fix their credit and free real estate courses so by year 2 that money saved in the 2 years must go to a down payment to a house. after year 3 and they are good. They can pay back the Save House in small payments going forward in life. That would help a bit.That's the goal in a few years, But in a few years I hope your straight and on your feet and wont need a place like that. But it will be around if you do. Keep your head up Queen.

I'm a black woman to that has seen some hard times before , so I know it's hard to get stable if you don't have a home or job. My sister, her hubby and myself were homeless as teens. We made it our mission to give back , because we never know how life can change again. Reply back, Stay safe and keep your faith strong. I can tell you are a good person going thru your own issue's, yet thinking of helping other.😗

I love what jasper is doing having just got my own place after being homeless in Bristol for 2 yrs i know exactly how it feels, and what is most important is having somewhere to feel safe, brings such relief..as the gentleman said in the film, after that everything else falls in to place. thank you zac and jay.. i've given what i can! bigup all the people out there actually helping xx

This was an amazing video! I am so happy to see that jasper, rob and Paul and others have been noticed and you have taken the opportunity to encourage others to get involved. I have been inspired to do the topic “homelessness” for my photography A level in which I have already taken loads of photographs around the bus and containers including photos of Rob because I don’t live that far away from the place. This is great! It gives people an opportunity to work and earn their shelter, which gives them dignity and confidence. They also have a community and there is a sense of safety and family involved... they have something to look forward to and it gives them hope for the future.

Zac and Jay, I'm in Atlanta and I have been in pursuit of information on this same type of idea for my city. I am an Atlanta native. The homeless population here is exploding. As a 50+ woman who wants to make a change for the better. To provide showers and beds and meals for those who need to know they still have life in them. To help them believe in themselves once again. This was so inspiring. I just don't know how to begin.

Big respect to this guy I've been homeless on and off for the last 5 year's and people like this really do save our lives especially in winter when it gets so cold 2 years ago I woke up with 4 inchs of snow over me if it wasn't for the sleepin bag I'd been given by someone like this is of not woke up at all, we ain't all smackheads who spend every penny on drink and drugs!

Jasper should speak at the UN about his project(s), because it is starting to become a huge problem in the developing countries! Soaring rent and food prices and no wage increases are forcing people into poverty and eventually homelessness. Here in Canada where I live you hear it on a daily basis(TV/Internet/Radio) that a big majority of the population is only one paycheck away of becoming homeless. All over the city centre there are homeless people sleeping rough and luckily my dad is a manager or a homeless hostel so he’s playing his part too. Love this man, I'm from Australia we are blessed in Australia particularly here in Sydney, so many food vans here and you don't even need to be homeless to go to food vans, ppl on modest incomes welcome aswell. I admit we don't yet have tiny homes lol bt many our homeless do get housing through various charities and housing organizations

The Salvation Army has been doing this for over a century! Started with wagons now modular homes. I work with a group of homeless women that are victims of violence on street ( many are raped, robbed, beaten, and threatened or killed by guns and knives or set on fire!) They are counseled, fed, given hygiene products, clothes and have temporary homes while they get trained, get makeovers to find jobs. We have many horror stories turned into successful lives. Please donate time and money to all good causes. Jasper is an inspiration and a DOER! We need to be doers too! Please help PETS of the homeless too. Bring them good food, beds and blankets, leashes n collars and if u can pay for a vet visit many suffer without care. Blessings✨
