Wake up people and vote Republican and let's get rid of this Commie bastards that want to destroy this country including Antifa, those four ugly ass Representitives that all they do is criticize our President this country, that Muslim that hates God's chosen people, and says what happened September 11,2001 it's a myth. Or that crazy ass Ocasio saying she doesn't wants to defund the police, and wants to install Socialism. Send them all to Cuba see how they're going to last or that Commie country of China. When they open their mouths, they'll put their brain dead asses on jail, probably tortured or worse! Like I said I should know I was born there and still have family out there, and they are going through hell everyday! The only difference is I left when I was little and proud to say I've been living in the greatest country in the world for fifty two years! But that's not the solution. That's a hyper sensitive reaction as a result of a socialist model in another country that doesn't work. America has never been, nor ever will be a socialist country. It simply will not happen. The horror stories that you hear coming from the mouths of Republicans are just that; horror stories. They are designed to totally exaggerate the currently political position of the United States. So the mere mention of shared public services, and Republicans go into hyper-reactive, fear ridden over drive mode that the US is being taken over my communists. It's simply idiotic. How do you think many European countries who use hybrid models function? We're doing quite alright over here. There are strong points in both socialism and capitalism that can be morphed into a system of rule. It's obvious socialism doesn't work. Anybody with even half a brain can see this. But the hyper reactionary response to become painfully republican is not actually the best solution. That's akin to travelling to the most Southerly point of a land mass because there happens to be a hornets nest up North. You get me?

And what is worse, if someone on a college campus advocates free speech, they are touted to be a racist, and they are not to even be brought into the conversations. The Left is no longer liberal. The term liberal in the 1960s meant someone who was open to all points of view and did not tolerate discrimination. Now that the former 60s liberals have become today's tenured, Elite professors, they have shut down free speech. The followers of JFK back in the day such as myself, were described as being liberal. Of course today, anyone who possesses that ideology is now a libertarian / conservative. Some of these young minds are being indoctrinated to the point that their developmental reasoning processes in some cases cannot even be engaged in discussion. The government schools have been involved in purposely wiring the brains of some children even as young as kindergarten with political biases that have done extreme damage to those young minds. One example was uncovered in a class somewhere in California where the teacher of those very young children, was showing caricature drawings of President Trump, and calling him the BAD ORANGE MAN. If someone had caught such a teacher saying anyting about Barack Obama and referring to his race, the story would have made International headlines and that teacher would have probably been prosecuted for something !

Silvia Toaldo Such a horrendous and sad situation for those sweet spirited people and the unbelievable hardships they’re going through on a daily basis. Just so the top can be rich and powerful beyond words, yet they don’t care about their own citizens dying in the streets from hunger, lack of medical supplies or lack of qualified Doctors and so many other necessities they need to survive. I’m so pissed 😤 and furious 😡 at the Hollywood rich and famous who went down there to meet with Hugo Chavez and make friends with this brutal dictator of socialism. Now when it’s all gone bad just as socialism always has, these rich fools from Hollywood are no where to be seen or there’s no sign of them helping out these people in serious need. It’s so sad and they should be ashamed but I’m sure they couldn’t careless now about any of the suffering, they have their riches and they never go without anything. Even Putin stated that they learned in the third grade why socialism doesn’t work and will never work, you can have some socialized programs if you have capitalism to raise the money for those programs, if you don’t have capitalism then the people’s money always runs out. Of course Putin is no great guy but at least the Russians 🇷🇺 learned from Stalin’s failed socialist utopia. Even Sweden 🇸🇪 is having to return migrants back to Turkey 🇹🇷 at least 100,000 to start and plans for as many as one million are to be returned with the deal they’ve worked out with Turkey 🇹🇷. They stated that the country hadn’t learned lessons that others understood and now they’ve got a lot to straighten out regarding their money issues, thief of personal property and the rapes, assaults and murders (many safety issues). So even socialism has a breaking point in small countries that used their money wisely but now they’ve learned a hard lesson that you can’t take in more than you can help. There’s been many issues they’ve learned the hard way and even through death 💀, so don’t let them use Sweden 🇸🇪 as a wonderful place where socialism is grand. Instead check on KZbin and find out from the Swede’s themselves of what a horrible situation it’s been for the people of Sweden 🇸🇪. Please forgive any grammatical errors because I cannot find my reading/writing glasses 👓 anywhere (as usual), honestly I need a new prescription and a couple of new pair 👓 👓 then maybe I’ll be able to keep up with my glasses 👓 if I wear one pair around my neck on a chain. In 1993 Baltimore City wasn't as bad as it now. Don't get me wrong, it was still bad but not as bad. 1993 was before Elijah Cummings. After Elijah Cummings got elected to that district, Baltimore went to shit. Last time I was in Baltimore was in 2007 and it looked like a third world country with all of the abandon houses and neighborhoods, and garbage filled streets and ally ways. This is what all of the socialist Democrats want for the U.S.A. They all needs to be voted out of office in 2020. #TRUMP2020🇺🇸👍

@@stellaz2595 Not really. The ultimate goal of socialism is communism. Socialist societies provide the catalyst to create communist societies. This is because of one simple truth: absolute power corrupts absolutely...and this is the dark side of human behavior...and any regulation that empowers one group of people over another will always put the group not in power at risk of being exploited. This was a really good video but I would argue it took 2-3 generations to reach that point. First-generation socialists tend to have the money their forefathers created to live off of for most of their lives, second generation start to see those resources be diminished and further (ahem and this is where communism comes into play) restrictions imposed. For most people this is the last safe, fight or flight phase before the system ends up like a communist system where travel restrictions are imposed as the remaining population becomes enslaved in order to support the ruling class benefiting from the labor of the enslaved class without "equally distributing" the wealth to everyone. The first lie people buy, to go into socialism, is that somehow everyone has a "fair share" to contribute. There is no such thing as the world simply isn't fair. In the darkest truths of a capitalist society the marginalized people are simply bred out, usually these people die of natural deaths and live full lives...in socialist and communist countries the most marginalized people tend to die out a lot quicker due to less available resources. It's also been noted capitalistic tends to lift people out of impoverished conditions where as socialist and communist countries tend to create larger pockets of impoverished people and diminish livelihoods.

Sorry, but socialism like what they have in Cuba is not mainstream in the USA, despite what Fox News wants to tell you. It's only popular on college campuses, because people in college become passionate about new subjects that they learn, and if they're learning about Marxism which is a part of world history, they just might become passionate about it... for a little while. Old people aren't very smart, and neither are people who think social democracy is communism.

@Marilyn Manson If you combined all the socialist and communist parties in the USA (not social democratic ones), it would make up 20 million registered voters. Over 80 million people voted for Biden and over 70 million voted for Trump. I don't think communism is that popular here. Even in ultra liberal states like NY, when they do have the pro-communist rallies, only a few hundred people in a city of over 8 million people ever show up, and it's always the same faces that show up to those. Real socialism can be found in some communities like with the Amish, or in the Twin Oaks Commune in Virginia, but those people just leave everyone alone as they themselves wish to be left alone.

@Oscar You need to know the facts: Canada is a capitalist country. Its economy is largely driven by private enterprise and the free market, including the laws of supply and demand. Sweden: First, it is worth noting that the Nordic counties were economic successes before they built their welfare states. Those productive economies, generating good incomes for their workers, allowed the governments to raise the tax revenue needed to pay for the social benefits. It was not the government benefits that created wealth, but wealth that allowed the luxury of such generous government programs. Second, as evidence of the lack of government interference in business affairs, there is the fact that none of these countries have minimum wage laws. Unions are reasonably powerful in many industries and negotiate contracts, but the government does nothing to ensure any particular outcome from those negotiations. Workers are paid what they are worth, not based on government’s perception of what is fair. In reality the Nordic countries practice mostly free market economics paired with high taxes exchanged for generous government entitlement programs.

They were barely acceptable in size. Such a beautiful old city, and yet, you can feel the oppression that was there in the eyes of the elderly that lived through it. I'll never forget it. I'll never vote for it here in the United States. It clearly crushes the spirit. Get free stuff and now you're owned by the government. I'd rather pay for the stuff and have my freedom.

My roommate in FL was from Cuba - the older generation remember the escape but many younger people think socialism sounds good and it does sound good but that is the end of it...shortly it deteriorates rapidly into what you experienced. You are right - those who think it is bliss need to see the real Cuba not from a resort. They want tourists but you all got too close to truth. It is sad because the Cubans I know are just a wonderful people.

SneakyWoolCloth You should have said that to the people who have relatives who experienced the Castro regime. Just to be clear, I am from the UK. I visited Cuba in 2018. I stayed for three days. I saw beautiful countryside. We stopped at a rest stop Cafe type of place it was wonderful. One day we went and saw a rum factory, toured a cigar factory and bar and then a flea market. The only thing at the flea market was some poor kids begging for dollars. They had run down sneakers on and dirty clothes. The thing is every Country has these types of places where there is poverty and slums. Its just how things are everywhere. Cuba still is a beautiful Country.

Unfortunately, it's been slowly happening for decades. @@SneakyWoolCloth No. Those countries are NOT socialist, similar to states that are ran by Democrats in the U.S., those countries tax their working people to death in order to fund social programs for the ones who don't work and then they call it "socialism" but it's not. I come from a communist country, I lived under it's regime, I have not just read about it like so many who sympathize with the warped ideology. Communism has fooled the world into thinking there is a difference in communism/socialism/"democratic socialism/fascism/dictatorship/totalitarianism, etc. In practice they are ALL the same: centralized government and 'group think' to say the least. Food for thought, Castro made his communist revolution acceptable to the masses by promising "social equality" and the famous "distribution of wealth", plus he said he was a socialist and did not declare himself, the revolution or Cuba communist until AFTER he was in power. Bernie Sanders is a "democratic socialist" today and you'll see how his reign will play out as communism. Hitler was a declared "democratic socialist" and his reign of terror ended up being a fascist state. History has proven what I'm saying and as you know, history repeats itself.

@@SneakyWoolCloth As I mentioned before, in history communism has come under the guise of "socialism" and in PRACTICE (not theory) they are the same. Now, I don't claim to know more about Norway than you but one thing I do know is that your country is a "social democracy"/capitalist and a constitutional monarchy. So, the bottom line is your government taxes it's people to death to fund it's "social philanthropy". Lastly, the largest political party can be the "social" party as you mentioned but it's not a socialist party or system running the country. Take care and enjoy your country's beautiful landscape 🏞
