I was thinking you could use a telescoping 3d printed metal blade because you can print the blade with tiny holes fore the fuel to burn around it like a lightsaber bit also a blade so you can deflect things too

heres an idea, pls site me if you use this, plasma can be magnetic when at very high temperatures, so what if the light saber emitted a sort of electron magnetic pulse really really fast concentrating the plasma to a beam, not only might this solidify the beam(partially) but would also make the saber hotter than ever, and may or my not reduce heat leakage away from the beam.
