Also put the button on the hand punching. I feel like the nervous system connection is way less difficult if it's the same hand, like coordinating between left and right is a lot more awkward. Also far more structure on the hand mechanism... make that sucker a lot thicker, I'm not at all surprised the frame bent. You could make it suuuper dangerous and put a spike on the front, and then do stuff like punching through armor. I bet it would penetrate incredibly well, possibly better than a bullet.

Ehh not necessarily. If the metal had a higher elastic limit, then it would have just unbent itself after the impact, but the temporary deformation would still have protected their hands.

@@bable6314 metal isn't really elastic, one of the unique properties of metal is it's ability to deform, yes in some cases it can be elastic or "springy" but then the energy has to be released and would mostly be released into their hand arm and rotator cuff I think

The force is applied to the back of the metal frame, and released at the point of impact in the front, it's not going into his arm. It's only when used with nothing in the front that the force has to go through his arm to stop the motion

Something I think might be helpful is having a sort of brace or cage that fits around the rest of the arm and supports the end of the 'fist' that the person has their hand seated behind. It might not be very easy or feasible though, because that's a lot of points of articulation (potential failure under load), and it would probably have to connect to some kinda chest rig at the shoulder in order to actually do anything to redistribute the force? Maybe making the parts for the exoskeleton could be done by 3D printing and then coating in nanovate, if collaboration with Integran wasn't a one-time thing and it wouldn't be cost-prohibitive to do? Ultimately the issue with making any kind of force-enhancer for a human body is gonna be the human body, so lessening the amount of strain the wearer has to receive from using the device is gonna allow for more power to be used safely. Especially when hitting solid objects that aren't gonna move out of the way, like if you wanted to punch through walls.

Next time, try using a sensor to sense the angle between the Humerus and the Ulna/Radius... 75 degree = set 125 degree = fire 145 degree = reset Not perfect measurements, but that is something you'd have to fine tune for each person. This way, you don't need to focus on pushing a button and you can now have two gloves instead of one. This is the same thing you could do for the double jump back pack. Once you jump, you can tell the system once it see's a full extension of the legs, it fires after a few seconds. Just imagine if you put those two systems together... LOL.... SUPER JUMP PUNCH!!!!! Quick workout suggestion sit ups can actually cause bad back problems in the long run so instead a workout that does not harm you but works your abbs is by doing a specific amount of crunches ( upper abb ) reverse crunches ( lower abb ) and then doing them at the same time ( middle abb ) this is much better for you and works even better as well.

If it were me, I'd put a gas dump switch on the set so that the gas would dump right when the impact hits.This form of impact has the highest pressure and the most efficient discharge.We must have a reversible spring system behind the switch for two reasons: first, the switch does not break when the energy is discharged, and second, the inertia of the impact does not trigger the switch.
