I just bought some of this off Amazon for my '05 Avalanche with almost 200k and am also researching auto detailing both for personal use and maybe as a side job. After learning about compounds and paint correction and how simple it really is I regretted buying this stuff and not something like Chemical Guys v32-V38. Your video made me feel 1000 times better about my purchase! My truck isn't as rough as that Elantra so am excited to see the results. Maybe one day I'll do the entire paint correction process after I run out of the Turtle Wax polish, but for now figure I'll be happy with the Turtle Wax Polish, followed up with the Ceramic Wax. Plus, you've got a new subscriber, seems like I can learn a lot from you about detailing.

My G8 and G9 show up Thursday. I did get the 5 inch plate for the G9 as well. Placed a order at Towelpros but wont see that till Monday. Ready to get to learning. Glad to see the G9 is still a beast

Yes, I did want to leave that part in there for all who follow my vids🤙 . My G9 powered through it and was only on speed 5. I had the M15Pro maxed out and was still having issues. Was decent with a light polish pad. Any pad with a bite it struggles.

Nice job great video. I did an 07 envoy on the weekend black I used fcc and Adams finishing polish then a coat of fucco soft 99 came out pretty nice I will put some pics on the chat. Looks good, I bet you if had used a Uro 50/50 instead of the LC orange pad ( I know you were just showing us the setup you buy when getting this stuff ) but I’ve noticed a drastic change in my polishing technique due to situations just like this. But the G9 gets it done.

Amir you know, I wondered the same thing! Its something I may look into when I get more urofiber 50/50 pads😄 I only have 2. Didn't wanna designate one for this Polish at the moment lol. Sorry about your hand injury. I just hand polished my dark blue t.a. by hand this morning with the Turtle Wax hybrid ceramic polish and wished I had a machine buffer. I don't know if you have this issue but as good as my paint condition is working with this or any ceramic product liquid or spray is very finicky and requires extra time to wipe and buff clean due to the hazing and streaking.

Thanks, Rob. Oh man I feel your pain. I started polishing my car by hand and after the hood my shoulder fell off... straight to the store to buy a polisher lol. So with the TW hybrid solutions lineup try using a damp microfiber towel to remove the polish or any high spots or streaking. The water will help aid in setting the shine polymers in the product 👍🏻👍🏻

Looks to be the same result as the previous Turtle Wax version of this type of product, the Black Box. The new stuff definitely comes off easier though and I'm sure with the improvements in technology now, the Hybrid Solutions gives better protection. The black box you had to use the TW Black Detailer spray to remove it. That might make for an interesting video someday. Hybrid Solutions vs. Black Box to see if there is a big improvement.

Contact maxshine support with that polisher. I have the same one but the series 2 it stalls like crazy!!!! The screws are cheap as hell and strip to fast! But I am sending it back so they can fix her up! They said it’s best to not open the polisher but how else should I change out the crappy factory grease??

Excellent video. I have a 96 Ford SVT Cobra 🐍 Black with VGC OEM paint. I own the TW Hybrid Polish & Wax and also the TW Hybrid Spray Coating. I’m currently using them on my Wife’s silver/ grey 2011 Nissan Murano. Results so Far are exceptional. It takes me 2-3 days to fully correct & protect a vehicle due to 4 spine surgeries. The Cobra’s a garage queen used for Sunny Days & Shows Would I be better off buying the black versions for my Cobra or use what I have for this summer? Will the Black versions make a significant WoW factor over the standard Hybrid Pair? I will be Performing a quality Wash, Clay Mitt, wash, Meguiar’s 205, 105 if necessary, wash, IPA, then the TW Hybrid Plus Polish & Wax, followed by Spray Hybrid Coating after 24 hours cute. Thanks in advance for any advice. Dave.

Dave I'm glad you are loving the TW polish an spray coating👍🏻 they are a fantastic pair and for the price, provide excellent results! On the Cobra, I would definitely opt for the Acrylic black polish for sure. It will leave the black richer. Now, you could then top with the Ceramic Spray coating or the acrylic black wax. Either would work just fine there. 👍🏻 you will get more durability out of the ceramic spray coating over the acrylic black wax. Hope this helps! Appreciate you talking the time to watch buddy. No this is the first version. Just the M15Pro. The series II came out a week after I bought mine😄 yeah man, seemed much better with the light rupes polish pad. But with a pad that has some bite and really a medium cut. It was stalling but time. And it was I speed 6.

Well, as far as correction and defect removal 3d one hands down. AIO polishes are like a medium polish.. never really THAT aggressive. Great for enhancements.. 3d One has more cutting ability. 🤙 But, if it were me I'd use 3d one to cut.. and the TW black polish to finish for an ultimate 1-2 combo... if your looking for just 1 out of the 2 on black paint I'd say go with TW👍... also depends on how bad the paint is and what your overall goal is.

PapaSmurf918 I feel you, honestly I can't stand that type of client but if it's gonna get some views brought it then it was worth it. I have a interesting thought this check it out, the further the backing plate is the lower profile pad the M15 Pro is gonna need, so like yourself I did the washer mod and it struggles. I figured out it's always better with lower profile pads or pads just like the Griots microfiber pads, the Oberk foam pads as well, the Oberk microfiber pads to and the machine can get it. But pads like this particular orange LC pad give the machine to much bite and the polish is then to thick and you'd need a gang of it to get a smoother ride. Just a thought I'm fired up on coffee since like 10pm last night. I'm gonna holla at you bro. Stay safe.

That's actually a very good point man!!! Never thought to try my thin boss pads!!! Well, it's on it's way back to Maxshine so they can fix it and/or replace it with the Series II ( which I'd hope for ) either way I need my 15mm long throw!

PapaSmurf918 that’s the one I got and it still needs the washer mod but I’ve since moved over to much thinner pads. Check out most of the popular detailers when they polish very few use the thicker pads. And why Turtle wax gave everyone that particular pad is beyond me. Our DA’s need a smother ride. That’s why I keep saying about this polish maybe even have to dampen that pad to help out. But yeah thinner pads for regular DA type machines. Good video tho.
