I can't believe poor Sally does all the work and then her owner takes the delicious truffles from her when she clearly wants to enjoy them for herself. She needs to demand better working conditions! Collective bargaining agreements!! Workers rights!!! Seriously - what an amazing region. There wasn't a single place you visited that was anything less than stunning. The architecture, the history, the food... all of it - just incredible. Thanks, too, for all the specific tips and information. It will certainly help with some future trip planning!
