Well, even if it not the point of the video, I don't even know how to add a quad sphere. A bad start…

i am sorry, i didn't explain that, just enable "extra objects" add-on - this is delivered with Blender - then go to menu add mesh -> round sphere -> presets -> quadsphere

@@BlenderFun_ Ah, it was the first thing I explored after viewing your video, but while playing with the various objects, I didn't find the quad sphere. That said, at least I discovered lot of things, so thanks… I searched again after your message, and found Add mesh > Round cube (not sphere), and found out that in the settings available after adding one (Add Round Cube, lower left of screen), under Operator Presets, there are indeed lot more to explore. Thanks again.
