Thanks for nice explanation. Is it possible to do IR drop with Innovus? if Yes, What are the files required for it?

No you can't perform IR analysis using Innovus. There's a Cadence tool, Voltus, which is capable of IR drop analysis. It's been 4 years since i used Innovus but back then they were planning to upgrade it to invoke Voltus engine in Innovus.

Hello sir, I have completed b. Tech in electrical engineering and I am going to start internship in a services company for physical design so before that i would like to know that my electrical engineering stream would not cause any issue further in this career. I mean ECE degree is not necessary if I have completed Electrical engineering to pursue this career. Plz answer. Thank you
