Hi, If you purchased the 5x7 version it will be a little different from this one as the video is for 4x4 version, however the process should be the same.

Yes, that is true. It took me a while to save up for my first machine 13 years ago. I do understand that embroidery machine can be costly.

It is possible you have the 5x7 version and the video is for the 4x4 version and they have slightly different stitches.
