The camera needed to be more on what Jean is doing...there were times I couldn't see her hands at all. TY.. Love the demonstration just wanted to see more of it.

You don't need to cut the second piece, you can just sew the prior piece to the whole(uncut) piece. It will turn out the same when you press it.

Your wavy lines remind me of a colored bottle display. I would call it a bottle top square.

Hi Cheryl, I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll give it a shot. Jean usually constructs her curved pieces in sections then combines them. In the blue and green quilt she has two main sections where she rotated the direction of the pieced strips. The top strips run horizontal and the bottom vertical. I hope that helps.

Can you suggest a sewing machine with a drop in bobbin, I'm tired of having to open the little door underneath to put in a new bobbin

We sell two Eversewn machines that have a drop in bobbin. We love the quality of this brand so we offer them, but otherwise we don't sell machines. If you want to call the shop (541-549-6061) they can tell you more about them.

This was very insipirational...thank you! You talked of a 5 month course...Adventurous Quilting or something like that. How can I find out about that? What is the cost? Has it already started?

The chair is a basic office chair. It's pretty old and no one seems to know anything else about it. Sorry, I don't have more info for you.

That shield doesn’t protect you or anyone else. The moving air carries those particles both ways around that shield. It isn’t safe!

Hi Marilyn, The video was taken last summer and at the time face shields were recommended by the state. We're learning and adapting like everyone else. Thanks for watching.
