I really love that method, makes the whole process easier and it creates a small spine, which helps a lot to have a journal well decorated but not too bulky.

This is great, I've never seen this technique of binding done before and really like it! In the USA, I believe we call the blocker beads "crimp" beads. Great suggestions, such a beautiful and inspiring journal! Love the way you incorporated Gi's gorgeous designs also. You did a wonderful job of explaining it all, thank you!
