Anne, you are such a wonderful teacher and so very talented. I’m no longer a beginner, but your mention of the 7mm waxed thread was good to know. I have been using what I have and felt my thread was a bit too thick. It’s the little things that you mention that others don’t, that make your tutorials stand out. ❤ Not to mention how I LOVE your style. For the life of me, I cannot find a pink on white polka dot, or pink and white stripe cotton fabric anywhere that isn’t absurdly expensive, but will keep looking. 😊 Keep those videos coming. You make my day!

Hi Julie, Somehow, I didn't say it properly, the measure is 0.8 mm and not 7mm (I will need to correct that in a future video. The one on Amazon, that I used is 1mm (I really thought it was the 0.7mm) but if you want a real thin one, you might want to go with the 0.8mm size, which is my favorite, I bought some on AliExpress and they are awesome! They just don't have a lot of choice for colors : www.aliexpress.com/item/32858854751.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.533.28bf18025X2JAl

Thank you for showing us how set up your journals. Espically that you glue or use washi tape on your smaller pages into it so that you're sure they hold well and don't fall out.

I use art glitter glue at the thread ends and roll small to dry...will go right through the bead.

i did 4 signatues of 8 papers folded into so that gives 32 half papers and we count pages by sides of papers so 32 pagers x 2 sides to write ( rect-verso), that gives 64 pages journal.

Lovely cover! Unfortunately I've discovered for me I need to leave the cover for last as I always end up getting glue, ink or something on it no matter how much I try to be careful. So I just lay everything on the cover that I want, take a photo of it, and then wait until the end to create the cover. I'm always impressed by ladies whose cover still looks nice when they're finished with the journal. 🤪
