Oh my goodness, my all time favourite . I once wrote him a letter in 1997, just expressing my appreciation for his job.I could not believe it when a few weeks later he called me and I got to meet him in Durban. Can't even remember the show they had come down for, was just so star struck shame, still have the photos we took on that day..

I would like to submit my reserved and sincere thanks to Bro Dave & team for the type of personnel that you guys bring to the show, this is creme de la creme, what did we do to deserve this manna. You are relatable to every situation which proves that experience does not have substitute, which is what's lacking from other SA podcasters. Never consider quitting this great work & something great would manifest, lastly the Tsonga singer with a wheel that Dosto was looking for is Mr Amon Mvula (RIP). One Love.

I always carry SWGC TVET college prospectus to share with my community. Its very important for parents to be educated about TVET colleges so that they enrol their children to learn skills at an early stage. Im exited to hear that Dosto Noge is in TVET college. I wentvto TVET college at 46 years and when I finished I got a permanent job in government department. My life chenged for the better. TVET must rise

I once presented the FET Vocational and Academic at two meetings, one to politicians and to teacher union. That was about 20 years ago. To date the matter was never given attention. Thanks Dosto, because when I presented people were very skeptical. I hope the matter find expression in the relevant structures.

Good show; regarding TVETs, the "ideal" that Dosto is speaking of is actually the current status, just not promoted or emphasised but some of us who who provide career guidance do promote it. I am an educational psychologist, and part as part of what I share with the learners is to create awareness that formal school, according to Basic education guidelines, ends in Grade 9, and one can get go to college afterwards. It is the best approach if one thinks of Gardner's multiple intelligences. Thanks for the good show and for bringing this legend whom we grew up watching.

This takes me to memory lane He was my high school teacher at Thuto Tiro 2007 I was not the brightest of students but his hard work and determination has helped shape me and get a matric certificate ,I remember we studied during a strike and he always made time and sacrificed his life for us we,He would organize a class and teach us different subjects regardless of the ongoing strike 😅May God keep blessing him🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽👌🏽✨️ 2:45:13

Thanks again Bra Dave💯 I remember sitting in an office face to face with Mr Noge at Sedibeng College Sebokeng campus on my last year of study in 2016 for selling weed at the college 🥲🥹...when the security patrols caught me and told me I have to see the college head😮...for me to be scared I was so excited thinking that I will be sitting with a legend one on one 😂😂😭😭it's a day I will always remember and his words on that office are still in my mind and I always appreciate that moment even though we met under difficult or different circumstances I still thank God today for that moment because I believe there's no such thing as a coincidence. For people like him that is why I face life everyday trying to do better than yesterday and most importantly checking/choosing who I hang out with. Mr Noge is a legend truly. Always keeping his standards 🙏🫡

Wow, the Campus Manager simplified the TVET training program. Objectives, policy , business operations, challenges, solutions. I think the stigmatization part is the main problem. I agree with David, there is a need for communation strategy to generate more education and awareness because there are real benefits. From this interview and reading of some materials will assist us to share information with potential learners. BIG up

I was impressed by the breakdown of TVET colleges, High Schools, and Universities and their correlation. The problem is indeed the stigma. Community e tlao embarasser,. As the bible says " My people perish due to lack of knowledge".
