To all Police, Get out of the public sector if you cannot handle being recorded and held accountable by the people who pay your salaries. Get off of that self appointed pedestal you've all put yourselves on and return to reality.....that reality being, we pay our taxes for your public services and therefor have a right to hold you accountable in the line of your duties. If you don't like it....then leave.
@markboje24194 жыл бұрын
Notice to all TAX PAYERS You snivelling slaves handing over your hard earned cash should be lucky to be left with what little you have after being extorted. Don't complain about being abused by the state monopoly on violence since you pay for your own enslavement therefore are in tacit agreement with your overlords and their agents of the state. Remember to pay your tax on time. That uniform means if you don't pay the tax they will Forcefully take it. If you resist the forceful tax collection you will be kidnapped and if you resist kidnapping then the police are lawfully allowed to kill you for resisting their use of force. So remember tax slaves., don't complain about your petit overlords spitting on you from a pedestal you paid to have them elevated onto. Regards HM govt

@bcstractor Lol the Police is a public service that should be accountable for their actions, I mean yeah you're right they're too busy with things like the Rotherham scandal which 7 years later the IPCC/IOPC still hasn't finished their investigation isn't it also funny how that same non-departmental public body has been shut down and reformed twice in the last 17 years?(PCA - IPCC 03-04 then IPCC - IOPC in 17-18) Maybe we should get some police officers that actually know the law. Please explain this scenario when I see the neighbours call about another neighbour and the smell coming from his flat (cannabis) which is not an indictable offence which means the police have no power to enter his property unless under his consent the Police in their infinite wisdom sends 2 cars and 5 officers to knock on his door to attempt and gain entry, luckily the lad didn't open his door. On the same road, an old ladies house was broken into she was assaulted (2 indictable offences theft and assault) and was on the phone to the police during the incident the police were too busy to respond that day, took over 48 hours for them to send 1 police officer in which time they decided that an investigation was unlikely to result in prosecution as thieves are hard to catch, the UK police force is a joke, can't beat em join em, in wasting everyone's time :) it's not like a few bad apples in the bunch either the whole orchard is rotten with only a few GOOD apples...

No, it is not. You don’t have to give your collar number to a lunatic with a camera raging at the police station who won’t even identify himself, so could be a wanted criminal, for all the officers know.
@mrb5183 жыл бұрын
@@misskay8131 Obviously you are a bootlicker. It is their policy to provide their collar number also known as a shoulder number or force identification number (FIN) when requested. This is not contingent on the conduct of the requester. There are very limited exceptions such as when a LEPS (law enforcement public servant) is on observation (undercover, stake out) and other similar situations where disclosing their identity could endanger their investigation or their person. A citizen is not required to provide identification except in certain specific circumstances. These conditions have been expanded especially of late ("in the current climate") but unless a specific act is invoked there is no requirement for a citizen to provide his details just because he is asked. It is simply a request that can be accepted or denied by the citizen at his discretion.

@David Rogers, no, that is called auditing. He's not preying for anything in particular, but certainly any unlawful and unprofessional behaviour is subject to be trapped and recorded for us to see, review, and reconsider. Just like the opposite is, as is evident in the video (the lady who performed her job and treated the visitor with civility). And again, this is recorded in a public area: you don't see a visitor coming in and asking for the lights, CCTVs and doors to closed and locked down, right? He has done a tremendous job at both displaying what a lack of duty some public officials have as well as provide them with the adequate fundamental education, which they should've been disciplined with in the first place. And I'm not even from Britain lol.

@@imconfused1237 I think the correct term would be a citizen and I'm pretty sure while on duty to some legal capacity they are counted as citizens, not civilians as they are employed by a state government with certain rights and obligations while off duty yes they're are civilians unlike officers who remain, citizens. I mean I could be wrong I don't have a law degree. Let's be honest this guy is not a troll, he clearly has no malicious intent is very mature and humble with a rather dulcet tone, his questions are reasonable and the only issue most jumped up idiots have is because he has a video camera which I'm pretty sure if they don't approach him or just had the wisdom to ask politely not to film their face when he approaches them he would be happy not to do so.
