I have seen this industry go to absolute sh.t in a hand bag it won't be to much longer and I'm going to hang it up myself holding on for dear life now... to many foreigners trucking that can't even speak English it's insane!!!

I think you two are doing a good job. I think the needles in the shaft between the 2 diffs could be making some noise push up on each end of shaft an see if there is movement in the ujoints. That shaft is called a interaxle shaft. I think also when u spin it the front diff (rockwell RD23-160)makes noise I think that's the I.a.d ( interaxle differential) I think it mite be ok, I'd pull the drain plug an see if metal collects in your hands when u unscrew it if no metal u are good to go.

Hows the S cam bushings . you can see lots of brake shoe there must be excessive brake drum wear . you can see how far the S cam is adjusted and you still got the drum off .

My classic is having the same issues. Needs driveline, Rearend, Shocks, and so on. Not making enough money to get it fixed now plus my wife just got over cancer so i had to take time off. Sometimes life just sucks

Very sorry to hear all this. Yes, life can certainly be CRUEL. We know all about that! For sure! However, we are very THANKFUL to hear that YOUR WIFE HAS RECOVERED from cancer. Praise the Lord for her recovery! Thank you for sharing that positive information. We can only do all these repairs because we BORROWED THE MONEY ON TOP OF ALL THE OTHER DEBT THAT WE HAVE ALREADY. (We are not made of money.) But we are very thankful that you are going into the new year with your wife having recovered. Hopefully, you can get back out on the road now and start making some money. Steven just purchased NEW WHEEL BEARINGS without even fully examining the old ones. He has the bearings and the seals already. We have not made these videos yet. Please stay tuned.... Dude I understand your frustration at all the repairs but you knew that going in. That truck ain't new. No need to gripe about it now. If you are so pissed at your situation then fix the truck and sell it because you clearly don't need a truck if you are going to freak out every time you have to spend money. Owning and driving a truck especially a used one means spending money.

That looks like bendix air dryer. There usually around 200 for a rebuilt one. But maybe it’s another make. Bendix is usually light blue.
