For anyone wondering about the lore behind his art, because there seemed to be some confusion, I'm going to give my best guess. When Magna's group (Magna, Yumiko, Kelly, Luke, Connie) first joins Alexandria, they're a bit suspicious of the whole setup, thinking it's all good to be true. So, they corner Andrea and kinda just ask her questions for a few hours where they learn about the war with the Saviors, Hilltop, all that. So the art is probably referencing the initial jumping of Andrea so they can ask their questions. Hope this helps, and great video as always!

officer Ricks skill I think just makes it so people dont crit, not reducing the damage right?

I don't see him on the Advanced Token wheel , I do however see him in the Ace of Aces event shop, and Ace of Aces is one of those annoying 24 hour roadmap BS events. If he is going to be on an Advanced Wheel, then I wont even bother with this dumb Ace of Aces event.

How do I level my character beyond lvl 720. I don’t know how to get the special gear needed. I don’t qualify for any roadmaps with alligence, really confused

you can get the other gear in the roadmaps, offers or sometimes in events and stashes.
