For an ultra recruit he seems pretty meh. Obviously if he was an event recruit it would be a different story but I don’t see him as worth pulling for.

completely agreed. Telltale needs a decap character or something, that level is impossible. Duck doesnt count considering the roadmap has like high crosshair resistance

@@shanegriffin6637 yes but it's not just her everyone on that team has decap resistance like crazy, even if you control her vance or Lukas will pick her up

Any character with specific Allegiance/Trait rushes, moves, or passives are a no go on either Advanced or Ultra wheel. Javier would have been better off as an event character or part of the Legends of the Arena.
