The tuning is built into the guitar. It stays in drop d and the electronics and unicorn farts drop the tuning. It goes lower then that.

I have my 8 string tuned to DAEADGBE and I BELIEVE this to be the closest I can get to the low tones of TFN without getting a variax and messing around in the workshop
