I love that we got backstory of some of the Cullen family but in the upcoming Twilight tv series the tv show could benefit from showing everyone's backstory. Not just the Cullen family but the shifters, the volturi, & and all of the other covens of vampires. The backstories were the best of the books for me.

Edward was pissing me off sooo much in Eclipse! bcuz he seemed more mature sometimes and had good perspective…but then he was doing controlling manipulative things like sabotaging Bella’s truck so she couldn’t go where she wanted, lying about her safety, manipulating her with Charlie, intentionally making their engagement known to Jake (when Bella explicitly expressed not wanting to tell him til after the fight bcuz the news could threaten his *safety* ), etc etc. He took Bella’s choice away A LOT, but he came off better than in Twilight or New Moon. I suspect someone realized Jacob’s character was far more likable with better chemistry, and thus had to make Bella & Edward’s dynamic seem healthier while amping up toxicity in Jacob. But Edward came off hypocritical to me…speaking with more maturity while still violating his partner & being controlling. Rant done 😊 They should’ve all been single in intensive therapy, or just be the world’s messiest supernatural throuple 🙏 Amen

There is a story that I read and it is Carlisle's thoughts and it says this: After observation I saw that Jasper when he was a human was healed without diseases. Selo tells Esme and she tells him: They turned an innocent human being into a killing machine... Implying that he was the only one who was transformed healthy unlike Edward, Rosalie Emmett, Esme, Alice and Bella

Laurent wasn't technically meddling in Bella's business in New Moon, nor was he there to f around and find out with her 😅. He went to Forks on the behest of Victoria, who scouted him out in Alaska. It's sort of like him doing a favor for a friend kinda deal. He was just supposed to check if Bella was still under the protection of the Cullens or not. It was just majorly unfortunate that Laurent happened upon Bella by happenstance 😆. Now, I will call him out for thirsting after Bella and attempting to kill her 😂. But in the latter's defense, Laurent was offering to be more "merciful" with Bella's fate compared to what Victoria had in store for her. Still doesn't mean it wasn't morbid though 😅.
