Yes it really is just like that. Action is pretty much relentless which is a good thing but I agree it is a little bit too cramped.

Looks like a massive step up from Revenge Joe's Brother. But I'd hesitate to say it looks like a good game.

Agreed, it's like they took 5 steps forward but also 2 steps back at the same time. I also wouldn't call it good, but it did try some interesting things with the street fighter style special moves. Also at least Twin Eagle II has some actual boss fights and more than 2 music tracks!

I can barely survive that game under 1 credit... This game is like a mock up of Psikyo's Zero Gunner.

This game is deceptively hard. It doesn't look too bad watching it but then you play it and are like wtf. Doesn't help that sometimes the special moves are hard to pull off or just don't go off for some reason.
