Agree I had a catalyst thinking it was a twin flame. There was a lightning bolt run down my whole body from crown through the chakras downwards when our eyes met after 3 seconds. I had no idea what it was, it was 4 years ago now and I thought it was "true love". Since then I have purged and healed so many issues and finally got to internal balance and I am not triggered like I used to. The guy left my life a year after we met and recently I met who I do believe is a high vibrational match/twin flame and the guy who I have dreamt of for over ten years before meeting him. I am currently in a detached stage from any attachments which is good for me because I can focus on myself and my career.

When I listen, it feels like my dad talking to me through you and that's a profound feeling of love and peace for me. Yes catalysts are there to induce growth but unfortunately in my 6 year journey, my children suffered the most from this person and the fall out will affect them for the rest of their lives. Mel....Im not even sure I accept this twin flame process. 2017 I got together with a friend of my daughters. She read my zodiac chart and did a basic Numerological work up for me also. She said her and I had several past life connections. Beautiful young lady with 2 masters degrees in French. She is at a rare level oh intelligence. In two years she has mastered Kaballa, Numerology and I Ching. I felt all the intimidation and " Out of my league" things possible. We spent a lot of time talking about subjects of metaphysics. We began to sense a deep connection....go to bed thinking about her....waking up thinking about her. The only physical contact was an occasional hug. Amish folks are more sexy than us. I sensed a deep purpose between her and I. Mel I'm 66 and she is 34. Under any circumstances love can easily navigate those waters. I fell in love with her. Had the conviction early on to limit myself in contact with her and realize that at this point in my life I am very vulnerable to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. We seemed to be getting closer but became a mess. One day I popped and said goodbye. I blew snot for ten weeks. I remember days deeply sensing my other half had been ripped away, not in a cutsie way but all the way to my core. I just came across this channel and am saddened to learn at the same time that Mel is no more. At least he left behind content like this video that can help many of us going through the catalyst process. I would have loved to pose him some questions. Does anyone know why one twin flame/ person going through the catalyst experience would feel the other's emotions and daily happenings, while the other would not. I am connected to my "partner" (for lack of a better word) but he seems to feel me more than I feel him. I only feel him in relation to me- that is if he is thinking about me, or having memories of me- I will feel it. But other than that, I don't really feel him. That was me yesterday. I was triggered by something my dad said to me. And I let it get to me to the point where I was upset for 2 days ! And my DM asked me if I was okay and I went on to tell him.
