I write this as an old soul who is very tired on this life journey and because I have been awake for over 15 years. Not everyone is a twin flame, only those that are old souls and only those whose lifetime is their last this lifetime. It's not everyones life path to be and that's ok. You are valid. There's an ancient Chinese and Japanese legend about the Red String of Fate so that's partly the origin of Twinflanes, along with Zeus splitting souls that had two heads and fours arms because they were just too powerful. Don't get this confused with the way Voldemort split his soul in to horcruxes in Harry Potter. This is completely different. The term 'twinflame' is thrown around way too much. Everyone has a group of soulmates they are born with and are those that we resonate with on a soul level, they are 'cut from the same fabric' if you'd like. There are also karmics and that's where the trauma bonding comes in to play but it's an unhealthy narcissist and empath dynamic. We all have many soulmates and many karmics in our lives that all serve as lessons to help grow us in life. Both soulmates and karmics we learn from in order to grow and both push us help us get to our twinflame. Not everyone will meet their twinflame in their lifetime. Twinflames are supposed to help heal each other. No it's not unhealthy. If it is unhealthy, then both have not healed from their past wounds with others and need to heal from those wounds before they would be in union, that goes for all types of relationships, soulmate, karmic, even non-romantic family, friend and platonic kindred spirits. No one should put anyone on a pedestal whether that be soulmate, karmic or twinflame. That's just common sense. No one's ever better than anyone else, we all bleed the same. Again, that's just common sense and the obvious. You attract the same frequency you are That's just simple physics and even Nikola Tesla knew that. All Life Matters. Im not sure if what i went through is a twinflame journey, but when the experience ended, i had an ego death. (awakening) Its excruciatingly painful and anyone couldve died from it (no joke, it felt like a real death like being reborn) you wont be able to breathe, youll cry alot (becauseof the separation), and your soul felt like it was being parted in half. (I literally lost my sense of self and didnt know who I was after that) im glad youtube exists because I was going crazy. I felt lost and defeated. The cure to this is self love, which im practicing now. Love yourself to the core and never abandon you. Be your own friend, take care of your body. Say nice things to yourself. Take one step at a time. When you relapse and think " whos gonna love me now?" tell yourself " me! I can love myself" There is love within us, this sounds so impossible for some, but love should be stable. It shouldnt be longing or missing a person. It should be you making yourself happy, and not looking for it from others.

I have to disagree with this one Aaron. I spent a lot of time thinking that I was happy on my own, until I actually found my twin flame. From the moment we touched , it was obvious. There was an Immediate physical and emotional reaction I had never felt with anyone else. We fit together like two puzzle pieces. We have done more healing together than anytime before we found each other. I have found that you have to be COMPLETELY honest with yourself and each other. That sounds simple, but most of us hide our true selves behind a mask. It's comfortable behind the mask, and the lies we tell ourselves about ourselves. Stop playing emotional games you were taught as a kid and just be real. When you do, you will find eachother. I'm a twin flame, and I just want to say that it's impossible not to have what you call "Twin Flame-itis". When you meet your TF counterpart, there is a complete energetic shift and soul merge that occurs. Suddenly, you're drowning in spiritual energy. I agree with what you're saying here, but please consider that this energy could also come from the dark side, especially if it's feeling like a drug. Love coming from a healthy place does not feel like this. The differential between the demonic and angelic realms isn't as cut and dried as we think it is. The demonic energies create this addictive push/pull type of feeling to suck your life force energy and to keep you hooked in. Everything you speak of is other worldly but it might not be the "love and light" other worldly force you are thinking it is. The important point is, if you are together with this person and it's healthy and loving, then great. If there's this dramatic telepathic energy, drama, push pull dynamics, and you're not connecting with the person (or only connecting for a short time and the person disappears), then it's probably demonic. I did have twin flame itis, I recognize that. That being said, I still believe the twin flame dynamic is a real thing. Quantum physicists study twin particles of light and have proven that this dynamic occurs between two particles of light that are "born" at the same time. They are forever connected through time and space. We, as spirits, are also light beings so it would make sense that this dynamic could occur with our spiritual energy as well. Not sure everyone has a twin spirit, but I do believe it does happen and is a real phenomenon.

Twin flames and soulmates do exist. But they are VERY, VERY rare! We have all kind of connection during our life and we meet different people for different purposes. I’m 33. My first one which was with my sons father of 5 years was toxic and he’s a sociopath. For me I absolutely believe he’s my twin flame because I never loved anyone prior not even my sons father. I love my twin flame unconditionally and it wasn’t anything he did or said. Our relationship was intense but also comfortable and peaceful in each other’s presence. We started mirroring our wounds and that’s what caused our break up which led me on unconditional love for myself and my spiritual journey. When we broke up he told me he loved me unconditionally as did I. We aren’t on bad terms we just haven’t talked in a few weeks. We agree that we couldn’t make it work. I realize it’s because we were both in our egos. We both agreed and talked about our connection all the time how we found each other and that we were put on each other’s path for a reason. We also both did believe we were the love of our lives for each other and we’re complete opposites growing up entirely different. Also this was our third encounter we have known of each other for years but never met up. Our relationship lasted 6 months and it was beautiful we were best friends. I miss the physical of him but I know that I need to be whole and complete on my own because I never have been. So I’m letting go with no anger and focusing on my soul journey if we end up together in the physical that’s cool if not I’m ok with it too. Finally.... someone came out and said it. Twin Flames are really people with trauma. Soul connections are real, but don't sacrifice yourself for an unhealthy dynamic. Everything you said in this video, is something I've spoken in private about... im so glad someone else brought this up. Thank you Aaron for speaking up and bring up the controversial topics. I could see trauma bonding being an explanation for some. But with my experience, our upbringings were very different. Yes, it's true, I've always wished for a partner who shared similar upbringing and childhood experiences that I did. But this twin flame has had a very different experience than I have. This current experience I'm having with my twin flame, it is not due to trauma bonding. But what is true, is I need to take him off a pedistle, let go, and continue focusing on myself. I love myself, I feel whole, and im doing what I love. I'm traveling the world, starting many new hobbies (pottery, bouldering, archery and dancing lessons soon, yoga, real estate), but I dream about him almost every night and I can't get him out of my mind. He believes in twin flames and everything surrounding it, but I can tell he is not spiritually ready for it, and now my energy has definitely pushed him away. He's always been a runner, he's seen relationships fail with divorce or death, and is always keeping himself extremely busy so he doesn't have the face the romantic or intimate part of his soul. Now it's time for me to let go. It's a painful feeling of longing for something you know deep in your gut is supposed to happen, and I don't want the pain anymore. It should be a feeling of wholeness just knowing this flame is out there. It's time to accept and let go. Continue living and being happy without the ideas of what might happen.

I do subliminals messages, and exactly now I was making a subliminal for a friend, about being happily ever after with her twinflame 😍💘 I love the twin flame stuff but I agree sometimes it gets toxic and an excuse to never really feel full on your own, or to stay too long in abusive relationships which are not about growth but about simply.having a bad time and trauma bonding as he says. Never found a twin flame or somebody I thought he was that but I observed that sometimes in others. But I do believe twin flames exist. Its just ... Love is way bigger than that. its a shame that there is energy out there still portraying soul connections this way, as if you aren’t whole as you are. if you feel your counterpart will “make you whole”, you are still early on your journey and eventually you’ll come to this realization. but i promise, once you know how it feels to be fully relaxed in your frame, you can truly enjoy the absolute deliciousness of a counterpart connection. the energy when you’re together is pure love and feels like the most perfect heaven you can imagine, but only when you’re both aligned in your power. that vibration settles in your bones and never wants to leave ❤️

Thank you Aaron. This is exactly what happened to me. But I just went out from this TF journey completely healed, immensely happy and joyful, loving myself so much with love I've never experienced before, treating myself with so much more kindness and compassion and care and feeling worthy of only the best things in life. I literally re-born, feeling like turning 180°C and changing throughoutly. I feel so grateful and happy and complete and I don't feel the 'need' for my DM, (and I don't even want him anymore) or any other TF or soul mate. Finally feeling great and happy by myself. 😊❤️☺️
