I agree with some comments here saying it's about a journey from baby, toddler, and to grown ups. However, near the end there is a feeling of inner child still living within the person, despite all the struggle he/she has endured. It is a feeling of wanting to go back to the safe haven of innocence and pure affection.

Well done! In your attempt to troll, you also managed to out yourself as having only the most basic understanding of music. That's some impressive multitasking
@marblemadness88703 жыл бұрын
@@ahchiu9 No, sir. I'm not a "true master" of music like you are. I guess I'm not educated enough to be stunned by a two minute version of the A-B-C Song. I can't fathom the profoundness & depths of emotions "injected" into a two minute rendition of a kindergarten classic. That's some other level, how do they say in your vernacular... Shiz-nit! You must be so proud! Tragically, I will be forever condemned to wander the world, hollow inside, never being able to unravel the monumental intellect & pristine beauty of Mary Had A Little Lamb or an Oh! Susana. Oh, the humanity!! Alas, farewell. I must succumb to my sorrow. I must weep. T_T
@ahchiu93 жыл бұрын
@@marblemadness8870 wow, you really bulked up your comment after editing it, didn't you? You're getting really good at this whole internet thing. To respond to the original comment and the edited one, no, I do not feel butthurt by an anonymous person's comment on the internet. The evidence of your "attempt" to troll is in your insulting people who enjoyed this performance and the performance itself all while providing no actual reasoning. It is sad that you are trying to derive pleasure by trolling a KZbin comment section instead of just listening to and enjoying the music. You should give that a try. You'd probably be more successful at that than you are at trolling.
@marblemadness88703 жыл бұрын
@@ahchiu9 You really think I should listen & enjoy the music? Well, gee Willikers, Mister! Why didn't I think of that? You are so wise. I mean, I thought i was doing a good job at trolling you, but you say I'm not. I'm a bit confused though... First you said, I was getting good at this whole internet thing, & then you say, "no, I do not feel butthurt by an anonymous person's comment on the internet." So which one is it? I mean, I could really use your expertise in the field & I was hoping you wouldn't mind giving me some pointers on how to troll. BTW, I wasn't insulting anyone for liking the music. I jam out to The Itsy-bitsy Spider & Baby Shark all the time. Good times, man. Good times. What I was trying to troll is how people claim the pianist is some rare genius pouring out his rawest emotions, almost viscerally into the piano as if it was some extension of his body. Stunning! you proclaimed, as if it was some magnificent ode to humanity the way Beethoven's 9th symphony "Chorale" movement was. Then again, you're the master of trollery & musical tastes & I am some despotic scoundrel that won't stop & smell the roses which are these variations on the A-B-C Song.

I loved every thing about this video! He toyed with them in the beginning. Played it basic so they caught on to what he was about to play then hammered it. Believe it or not, I do not know the language, and definately do not recognize it. Not sure how I picked this up but he identified the musical score as being self written, which amazed the panties off of Sarah. Then the blond lady reviewed what the other judges said giving a readers digest synopsis of what happened in a good way.

If he didnt do that the judges would probably not have recognised that it was a variation and probably would have ended up guessing what song it was.

What a stunning composition of a world, well-known children's song & why I love it even more: when my grandson was still in his mommy's womb, we started singing to him: "Twinkle, twinkle little star, just you know how loved you are... From your head to your little toes, God will bless your life and soul. TWINKLE-TWINKLE.... May this talented young pianist shine on, like a thousand constellations!!!
