NF's work is very connected, in this video he said "I'm looking for a map to hope, have you seen it?" 4 years later his new album just dropped, called Hope. And hope is holding a map. It's hard to tell which songs you'll connect with the most, I first heard Clouds, then The Search, and then When I Grow Up. By that time, I was hooked. His intros really explain who he is (e.g.: Intro I, Intro II, Intro III) But, to understand why he has such a loyal fanbase, listen to: Mansion, Intro III, and Therapy Session

NF impacts people of all ages and walks of life. All his songs are relatable to someone out there. The song "Just like you" .says exactly that. But follow the journey before that song. The most relevant, impactful , heartfelt songs comes from the ones that experienced the worst struggles. Whoever tasted "sh*t" in life gained the wisdom and knowledge to take the negativity and turn it to positivity and not take things for granted. NF does it in the most poetic brilliant way. He has a way to deliver his words/emotions that will put you in your feelings. I found him through reaction channels over 2 yrs ago. Not one day passes without listsning to his music with his amazingly beautiful voice. He's my therapy. For me, no therapist heals like NF does. Hey push meds, he gives lyrics. He is a very special person in my heart although I probably will never meet him.

Oh and I forgot to say I'm 43 yrs old. I never been into rap music until he came. I'm more classic rock fan. NF and PINK FLOYD are the 2 only artists that gives me goisebumps and chills with 99% of theirs songs but are all good. After a couple songs in, REN is making his way up too for me. As you mentioned, science is in music for healing purpose. The freequency resonance in which its tuned on will each have a healing property. Search Nicola Tesla, " If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy frequency and vibration. Even that has been kept secret from us. If it was that secret, coming from this unfairly treated, forgotten genius, it means its very powerful for our overall well being

NF is an amazing, one of a kind artist!! He considers writing music a form of therapy for him. His music focus' primarily on mental health issues such as physical and mental abuse, drugs, depression, loss, anxiety, and fear. It speaks for so many that can not find the words to say themselves. While much of NF's music is "dark", there are powerful messages within them that need to be heard. He is not an artist that cowers down to the big Record Labels, and you will not see him chasing fame through social media or television but he has a solid fan base of "Outcasts" that love him and his music. You'll hear many speak about the NF's Musical Journey.... it's worth the effort to take it. So glad you found NF!!! edit: NF's videos are so dope!! They are interwoven with "Easter Eggs" from previous videos (or even future ones). The more you see the videos, the more you will pick up on the different things and which video it came from :)

It's exactly a year I was introduced to NF through a friend. I was bored at a meeting and I took his phone to listen to music and NF - Layers came on and I was amazed. 1 year down the line I'm still impressed. His new album HOPE came out last week. You should listen it. Although it's safe to listen to Nf songs from his album cause I was told his songs and music video tell a story and they all connect. Subbed for more NF. Every song is dope. You might have noticed there's actually no hook in this song. That is because it is an Intro for the album. Every album has an Intro and none have a chorus, they all have hard cinematic beats (load, overpowering) by design, and several other features. I would suggest you do the follow up to this song called Leave Me Alone. I think you guys will eventually get it if you take the NF Journey or just listen to any song. You nailed it at the end, everything NF does from the beats with his producer Tommee Profit, to the visuals, to the actual bars all have history from day one and is intentional. He is not trying to make clever bars, and double/triple metaphors, rather he is more about keeping it real. The realist. Note the cage in the background from the Perception album. He has over 4 billions streams by the way.

Recently learned about NF while scrolling through KZbin and I absolutely LOVE him! ❤ His lyrics are very relatable. . 👍 There was a reactor (producer) that I watched a while back that critiqued a few of BTS' music where he questioned why BTS used a certain beat and/or delivery, etc., because he would have used a different beat or mix. I absolutely love BTS (as you know) and I personally disagreed but that was okay. 💜 Some music may hit us a little differently than the norm, but I love how NF expresses himself. Thank you for this reaction. i respect the heck out of you guys and appreciate your honesty👌

NF ‘ Leave me alone’ is the next song after ‘The search’. Has more Viewed as well. But yeah, he does have his songs puzzled in together from previous songs so starting from the beginning would help to understand his art more in his song ‘intro’. I too just found out of NF this past month and feels like i already know his music by listening to it all. Already a fan...worth the listening. His newest song ‘ Hope’ was the one that made me curios of this artist. Wanted to see what else he had and after that i just enjoyed hearing NF. Hope you react more to his songs. 👍

NF is honestly amazing with his lyrics. I think it’s really raw, and in this case within this song I think the beat was meant to be overpowering and he was meaning to fight it (like the lyrics with him trying to turn it down but he can’t) with the way this song is, imo it’s meant to be loud and angry. I recommend listening to Oh Lord

Agree with the beat over powering at times. But gosh I am digging the instrumental separately. Very fueling for choreography and say this because you can break up the pace/tempo with the body that you can’t as easily with a voice.
